Senior Finance Business Partner

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of crafting our financial landscape, driving business performance, and ensuring long-term profitability. You'll play a pivotal role and be tasked with various tasks from building models from the ground up, helping with business cases and driving internal projects. You'll design systems that align with our overarching ambitions. You will strategize, ensuring our financial operations align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business performance. Furthermore, you will work closely with the FP&A and accounting team, driving internal processes, models, and governance.

You will be part of NetCo Finance (10 FTEs) and to the Director for NetCo Finance. NetCo consists of both sales activities for infrastructure capacity and data center services for international/national carriers, as well as the responsibility for developing and maintaining Group IT and technology backbone for the group's overall activities. NetCo has around ~500 FTEs and +100m€ in digital infrastructure investments. Furthermore, support functions are under the umbrella of NetCo Finance. You will together with your colleagues contribute to financial insights in several areas under NetCo.

 

Your main tasks and skills:

• Finance Business Partner for NetCo
• Support with business cases
• Support with ad-hoc requests or deep dives that will be used for the decision-making of top management
• Present financial figures for NetCo
• Drive budget & forecast together with the rest of NetCo Finance
• Building long-term driver models together with FP&A and colleagues under NetCo Finance
• Some travel is to be expected to one of our offices in Northern Europe

Your days will involve developing innovative financial models that support our operations. Engaging with stakeholders, you'll align our financial strategies with organizational objectives and oversee the financial landscape, from forecasting to analyzing deviations. As we aim to expand our pan-Nordic presence, you'll harmonize our strategies across diverse countries and currencies. With your analytical skills and positive attitude, we're confident in our path forward.

You understand that it's not just about the numbers; it's about the narratives they create and the potential they represent. With a data-driven mindset, you're proactive in uncovering insights that can propel our mission. When faced with challenges, your problem-solving skills together you’re your ability to collaborate will come to the forefront.

 

Your Credentials:

• +5 years’ experience with Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Consulting
• A master’s degree in finance, Accounting or similar
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in another Scandinavian language, preferably Danish.

It's also preferred that you’re not afraid to dive into something, find solutions and decide to make a change, and be willing to go the extra mile. It’s a plus if you’re familiar with the industry.
