Senior Group Legal Counsel

Law degree or law qualification of equivalent standing from a leading university or law school. For UK applicants, qualification as a solicitor or barrister. Preferably 7 years or more of experience as a commercial, technology and/or corporate lawyer, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience. Experience of similarly complex multinational groups and advising on cross-border matters. The experience needed to take a broad and proportionate approach to risk. Very high level of integrity and independence. Proven business and technology acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High proficiency in English.
