What you’ll be doing

• Provide pragmatic legal guidance across key areas: M&A, intellectual property, commercial contracts, disputes, antitrust, general corporate, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership and business units – especially during M&A processes and high-stakes commercial agreements
• Take independent ownership of complex legal matters, balancing risk with business reality
• Develop strong working relationships across functions in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Be a key contributor to building a modern, agile legal function in a company on the rise

• Law degree (LLM) with completed legal studies

• Minimum 3 years’ experience from a reputable law firm, preferably within M&A and commercial law
• Previous in-house counsel experience – especially in consumer healthcare, pharma or foods – would be highly valued
• Knowledge of Swedish/Nordic corporate and commercial law
• Excellent skills in English (written and spoken)
• Experience from court clerkship would add value 
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A commercially minded, hands-on team player with a strong ethical compass
