Senior Marketing Manager - Swedish Market

LeoVegas is in search of a Senior Marketing Manager for the Swedish Market. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic and analytical marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the online gaming and betting industry. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, driving growth and ensuring the new brand resonates with the Swedish audience.

As the Senior Marketing Manager for Sweden, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in line with the LeoVegas Group's business objectives and targets. Your role will encompass a broad range of activities from developing brand strategies to managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Country Manager and Director of Nordics to ensure all marketing efforts align with our vision for growth and market penetration in Sweden.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives in Sweden, as set by the Country Manager.
• Maintain a deep understanding of marketing best practices across all channels, applying these to drive growth and profitability.
• Focus on P&L, managing budgets effectively, and aiming for high growth targets across multiple brands.
• Work closely with various stakeholders and teams to optimize results, ensuring collaboration across the board.
• Analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and meet business goals.
• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with brand standards.

• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including TV, online, and social media.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of media strategy execution, either directly or through agencies.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Swedish market, competitive dynamics, and regulatory framework.
• Innovative thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the online casino or gaming industry. Minimum three years.
• Ability to work autonomously in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong sports knowledge
