Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for Senior Product Designers to drive user centric design processes and deliver high quality product design, crafting the future soundtracking experience for creators worldwide.

Job summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. Your creative ideas, strategic thinking and product design will drive the development of our product offering to delight our customers and elevate our brand.

You will work closely with designers, developers, product managers, analysts, and others, to build and ship excellent digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the users' needs and preferences as well as business goals.

You can expect to lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and conceptualization to implementation and go-to market, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the entire service ecosystem.

This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm, with an expectation that you spend themajority of your time at the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience vision and implementation for the logged-in web experience, blending strategy with creativity to develop standout products.
• Collaborate closely within interdisciplinary teams to bring digital solutions to life, ensuring effectiveness and business impact.
• Take ownership of project management tasks and contribute to product development across touch points, including dashboard and data visualization solutions.
• Implement design solutions to meet the needs of our enterprise customers, contributing to the roadmap and product strategy within the Growth Domain.
• Collaborate closely with team members for effective implementation.
• Take ownership of project management tasks and contribute insights to product development.

Requirements:

• Proficient in digital design and product development, with an impressive portfolio.
• Strong in interaction and visual design, creating appealing user interfaces.
• Knowledgeable in user-centered design methodologies.
• Experienced in leading product design projects within teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Adaptability and openness to new challenges.
• A catalyst for collaboration. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships across disciplines within design and elsewhere.
• A can-do attitude. Be a self-motivated problem solver with an eye for details and an internal drive for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications/ Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with content creation and/or sound production is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
