About the role

We are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Senior Product Lead who will serve as the cornerstone of our product development initiatives.

The Senior Product Lead will work intimately with the Managers and Directors, who set the strategic direction and vision for our product. The Senior Product Lead’s main responsibilities will involve synchronizing with stakeholders, ensuring strategies are effectively communicated and understood, as well as building bridges between various departments to facilitate smooth execution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior Product Lead

• Serve as the primary liaison between strategic management and execution teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, relay feedback, and maintain transparency throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration, working to remove obstacles and streamline processes for efficient workflow.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to keep all parties informed and engaged in the project's progress.
• Monitor and report on the implementation status of product strategies, proposing adjustments as needed to align with business objectives.
• Synchronize efforts around the product launch, supporting the creation of launch strategies and helping to translate internal information for various audiences and stakeholders.
• Maintaining the project's Roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or related roles.
• Successful delivery of software products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead without direct authority.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience working in cross functional teams and across departments.
• Ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Experience working in Software Engineering Teams.
