We create products that have a seamless user experience across hardware and software, manufactured by our own colleagues. We brainstorm concepts like “micro-grids,” focusing on a value proposition for our customers which includes a composition of intelligent software, their existing building infrastructure, EV charging, and battery storage.

About the Role

In the role of Senior Product Manager at Zpark, you'll have the authority to enhance our existing hardware product portfolio and uncover opportunities for new products. Your role involves crafting market and product requirements, as well as overseeing the entire product lifecycle through launch. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing products that not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations while staying ahead of market trends. Success can only be had from close collaboration with colleagues from across the company. This full-time role is dynamic, offering defined responsibilities with ample room for you to shape its trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the global product vision and strategy for hardware offerings.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Champion customer-centric product design, addressing the needs of drivers, property owners, and installers.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and market demands.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing materials, installation instructions, and technical documentation, ahead of product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in Product Management or similar roles, with a preference for experience with Hardware products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the agility to navigate rapidly changing conditions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to execute multiple products and projects in parallel, applying agile methodologies where they best fit.
