Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our key products. You will collaborate closely with our product and sales teams to drive product adoption, market penetration, and customer engagement. Your expertise and insights will be essential in effectively positioning our products in the market. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and footprint among existing and new corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for both products, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Product Launch:
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create and manage launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Manage digital marketing, content creation, PR, and events to support product marketing efforts.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and collateral to support the sales team, including presentations, case studies, and FAQs.
- Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and positioning.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement in the enterprise world.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
