Minimum 8 years of experience in insights, analytics, or research-focused roles. Strong background in driving applied consumer and business insights within a corporate environment at leading research or consumer‐insights consultancies or in equivalent in‐house insight teams. Proven track record designing and executing custom quantitative and qualitative studies (surveys, focus groups, ethnographies, online communities) across multiple markets Experience in the ICT, telecom, or technology sector in roles related to business analysis, strategy consulting, market/business intelligence, or research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience in storyboarding and translating data insights into business narratives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Working knowledge of statistical and scripting tools (e.g. SPSS, Python, R) Working knowledge of business-intelligence and visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Behavioral Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications)
