Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:


We are looking for a Senior Sales person who has experience building relationship and trust with clients, an advantage is if you have experience within cyber security solutions and managed services to Clients.


We are looking more who you are as a person, then the technical skills, you need to have energy, get things done attitude and pace., who is committed to achieving brilliant experiences for our customers


 


Responsibilities:



  • Pro-active business development.

  • Building pipeline with clients.

  • Achieving personal targets of sales and gross contribution.

  • Creating proposal and quotation documents.

  • Use to competing in a competitive market and ensuring that our products and professional services were an attractive option, be creative!

  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Develop and manage pipeline, providing weekly updates to forecast.



  • Build and maintain relationships with Vendors



  • Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience


 


Required Experience:



  • 10+ years sales experience

  • Proposal writing experience

  • Experience of working in a target driven environment

  • Proven track record in new business sales


 


Required Skills:



  • Resilience – ability to stay focussed on job-in-hand/stay determined.

  • Listening – ability to detect potential problems proactively

  • Ability to engage and influence others.

  • Negotiation Skills – securing win-win agreements.

  • Observation Skills – recognising objectively what is happening in or across the organisation and applying solutions to a given problem that ‘fits’

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success



  • Ability to influence at all levels.
