OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Processes:
Analyze and identify target customers to increase gross profit and volumes.
Convert sales leads to gross profit in line with agreed objectives.
Develop the agreed product mix between Ocean, Air, and others.
Understand key competitors and provide evidence of competitor pricing to ensure ongoing competitive pricing (in key trade lanes).
Meeting with new clients or paying qualified sales visits as per agreed levels of visits.
Convert client’s leads to GP in line with agreed objectives.
Provide accurate and timely information to client services and operations to ensure process and administration efficiency.
Provide market feedback to develop TGF’s offering to stay ahead of the market.
Delivering service with high reliability and consistency, making it easier for the client to do business with Toll.
Completion of presentations, proposals, and tender responses to secure new business.
Enter all required sales information into the system.
Submit reports required to the National Sales Manager.
Conduct Credit control on potential customers.
Be involved in implementing new products/business to ensure the correct processes are in place.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical:
Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities.
Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market, and regulations.
Strong selling and presentation skills with solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment.
Good negotiation skills to close contracts with customers.
Computer literate with an understanding of MS Office, CW1, and Sales Force.
Good command of written and spoken Swedish and English.
Business:
Experiences and understanding of industry regulations.
Commercially focused and result-oriented.
Innovative mindset.
Client-focused with strong service ethics and skills.

Good communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build respectful relationships with customers.
