Senior SAP Test Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Lead to join a major ERP transformation program within the paper and pulp industry.

In this role, you will lead all testing activities across a large-scale SAP implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do

• Lead test planning and execution, including UAT.

• Coordinate testers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Manage defects, incidents and test data quality.

• Drive testing activities across a complex ERP implementation.

• Report progress, risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Who You Are

Must Have

• Proven test leadership experience in large transformation programs.

• Strong ERP implementation and end-to-end testing expertise.

• Experience with enterprise test management tools.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent test management education.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage
