Human-centered design/service design experience Degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field. Working experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position. Ability to work independently on key workstreams in large projects or take ownership of small ones Organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
