Senior Software Engineer, AI & Analytics

We are looking for a curious software engineer with a strong interest in data analytics to join Recorded Future’s AI Team within the R&D organization. You will be joining a group of talented engineers who share a common interest in applying AI to solve challenging security and intelligence problems. The team's responsibilities include developing AI solutions which interact with the Recorded Future Intelligence Graph and Platform. We strive to make our data as actionable and comprehensive as possible and have fun.

You will get to develop great software in a fast-moving environment close to our global clients and their needs. Together, we’ll improve our product to meet increasing demands while focusing on scalability and quality. The AI field is rapidly changing and continuously presents new opportunities. You would join a dynamic team eager to take on these changes and are passionate about what they do.

What you will be doing:

• Use AI to help understand and pinpoint threats and empower our customers to prioritize and act quickly


• Develop AI Agents and explore emerging techniques using natural language to connect systems and solve problems in a safe and reliable manner


• Measure and evaluate AI Agents and their ability to adapt to changing conditions


• Work together with our product teams to understand and deliver AI based features


• Be a part of a team on the forefront of how software systems may be built in the future


• Access to the energy, velocity, and freedom of an entrepreneurial culture


• Be proactive, go beyond expectations

What you will need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional software engineer


• Experience with generative AI and related tools and systems


• Strong interest in applying generative AI to solve complex problems


• Strong coding skills with high proficiency in Python


• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Queues


• Architect and develop solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to research scientists, engineering teams, and business audiences


• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education/work experience


• Strong English skills are a must
