Senior UX Designer

5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, preferably in design agencies or innovative companies. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across a range of projects and industries. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with AI technologies in the design process (e.g., AI-generated assets, data-driven design) or incorporating AI into user-facing solutions. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and usability testing. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience designing for complex systems, such as enterprise, telecommunication platforms, and B2B services. Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
