• Erlang + OTP – Proven experience building robust, concurrent, fault-tolerant systems
• AWS – Strong background designing, deploying, and scaling applications
• Postgres & Kafka – Solid experience with databases and data streaming

• Elixir – Bonus, especially with strong Erlang focus
• Payment Systems – Experience with scalable, reliable platforms highly valued
