Join Our Team as a (Senior/Lead) Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

Are you an expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Analytics, YouTube, and Display? Do you have a knack for managing large-scale budgets and a passion for ecommerce? If so, we want you to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive our online success!

Job Mission

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cutting-edge ecommerce marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis and comprehensive reports on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Innovation: Pioneer innovative strategies that transform and elevate the industry.

Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Digital Growth (Performance Marketing) and cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals.

️Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience managing 6-7 figure monthly budgets.
  • Strong ecommerce background with a successful track record.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Native-level proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is highly desirable.
  • Remote and international work experience.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Analytics, YouTube, and Display.
  • Expertise in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work autonomously with exceptional self-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, maintaining efficiency under tight deadlines.
