Job Description

  

Service Lead – SWE Service Team

Your role in the company

In this role, you are a key enabler of our day‑to‑day service operations. You ensure that the local SWE Service team works in a coordinated, efficient, and customer‑focused way—even when the Service Manager is frequently traveling or engaged in other strategic responsibilities. By combining technical understanding with team supervision, you help secure service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement. You are the natural go‑to person for daily prioritization, follow‑up, and execution.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise and support the daily work of the local SWE Service team
  • Coordinate daily activities, priorities, and resource planning
  • Drive operational performance by monitoring and following up on key performance indicators
  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily service departments other areas in the absence of the Service Manager
  • Support structured ways of working, routines, and continuous improvements
  • Ensure adherence to service processes, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and other internal stakeholders

What you need

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills in an operational environment
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to work in a structured way and follow up on performance metrics
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Experience from a service, maintenance, or technical support organization
  • Experience in a supervisory or informal leadership role
  • Technical education or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work on‑site and support daily operations
