Job Description - ServiceNow Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys building smart, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work in a skills-driven environment alongside a team of over 40 experienced and positive ServiceNow developers.

Rather than being placed on long, single-client assignments, you will typically be involved in multiple projects and collaborate with colleagues in the office at least one day per week. This role offers variety, continuous learning and strong peer collaboration.

Our ambition is to be a market leader in ServiceNow solutions. We deliver development across the full ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on:

  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Connected Operations
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

We also use ServiceNow internally, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM and HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work across multiple ServiceNow modules depending on project needs
  • Deliver high-quality solutions for customers while maintaining best practices
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in a project-based environment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within customer solutions
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

  • Technical & Professional Experience
    • Proven experience in system development
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
    • Experience working as a consultant
    • Experience with system integration on platforms such as HP, BMC, IBM, CA or similar
    • Strong knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
    • Certified in one or more ServiceNow modules (with motivation to gain further certifications)
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Swedish language skills required
