We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to join our dynamic Deployment & Integration team in Telia. As a Site Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful acquisition of sites as well as the efficient execution of civil construction, contributing to the seamless deployment of our great mobile network.

My name is Katherine Gonzalez, Head of Deployment & Integration responsible for building, modernizing, and integrating the Swedish mobile radio network. Telia has consistently secured the coveted ‘Best Mobile Network’ award from the renowned measurement company Umlaut for six consecutive years. The team consists of 15 highly trained people committed to the planning, execution and delivery of the projects/sites. The workplace for this position will be in Stockholm, at the Telia offices in Solna. Your expected experience:

• Experience and knowledge of Identify potential locations for building mobile network infrastructure (Towers, monopole, RT, etc.), search necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, government agencies, and landowners. As well as ensure compliance with regulations related to land use, environmental impact, and safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, and project management) to meet deployment timelines.
• Oversee site documentation, including lease agreements, site plans, and compliance records.
• Several years of work experience in the supervision of civil works projects, including site preparation, foundation construction, and infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project designs are implemented accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Experience into identify and mitigate financial risk associated with the construction of the Telecom sites.
