How you’ll make an impact

• Site coordination involves detailed planning of the schedule for site operations – installation and commissioning – and preparation of project-specific QA documents (quality assurance).
• Support site execution and, when required, take on coordination responsibilities aligned with Site Manager tasks during shorter assignments or critical project phases.

• Ordering tools and instruments needed during the site activities and ensuring readiness for execution.
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) site preparations and supporting a culture of safe execution in line with company, customer, and local requirements.
• Contribute to site execution planning, risk identification, and mitigation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Ensure structured documentation handling, including use of latest revisions, and support as-built documentation processes.
• Creating documentation for contractor procurement and taking an active part in the procurement process.
• Support financial follow-up of the field operation activities and contribute to cost awareness.
• Tendering work to develop cost calculations for work to be carried out on site and in future projects.
• Support commissioning coordination and readiness, including alignment of installation, testing, and handover activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, lessons learned, and sharing of best practices across projects.
• The role is based at the Project Support home office in Ludvika, Sweden, and acts as the site’s contact point towards the home organization.
