Social Media & Content Manager

After rapid and significant growth in the Swedish market, MANTLE is now expanding its product range and is ready to accelerate growth internationally.

We’re now looking for a creative and strategic Social Media + Content Manager to lead our presence across Instagram, TikTok and beyond. You’ll shape how we show up across platforms, grow our community, and turn scrolls into skincare lovers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the content strategy for all social channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. 


• Develop and execute recurring formats. 


• Bring our tone of voice to life. 


• Collaborate with creators and influencers to build trust and reach. 


• Track and analyze performance to inform content iterations. 


• Work closely with Brand, IM, and Product development to align messaging across channels. 
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing. 


• Is fluent in both strategy and execution – you can pitch ideas and make them happen. 


• Understands how content needs to adapt per platform (you get TikTok and still love Instagram). 


• Has a sharp eye for aesthetics, branding, and what actually engages people. 


• Loves skincare, storytelling, and building community. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with influencer marketing or creator collaboration.


• Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, Later etc.)


• Confidence in creating or directing short-form video content.
