Who are we looking for?

As a Salesforce Solution Consultant at Sofigate, you will play a key role in delivering impactful Salesforce projects, working closely with clients, colleagues, and Salesforce itself. Your focus will be on designing and building smart, effective solutions across Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and beyond, helping clients unlock real business value. You are already hooked on AI and curious to deliver solutions based on new technologies like Agentforce.

As a trusted consultant you will be part of client implementations, discovery sessions, and solution design—making sure each delivery meets business needs and best practices. You’ll collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and other experts, learning and growing your Salesforce expertise along the way.

You should feel confident navigating customer dialogues, supporting pre-sales activities, and building trusted relationships with clients. Depending on your seniority you are either developing to become a project manager who can lead major engagements or a real expert within the Salesforce platform acting as a solution architect.

• Translate client challenges into effective Salesforce solutions through workshops and discovery sessions.


• Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with other team members.


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce best practices, scalability, and governance.


• Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and maintain core certifications.


• Support pre-sales activities by providing solution insights and assisting in proposal development.


• Work collaboratively with Sofigate’s teams, sharing knowledge and creative ideas.


• Represent Sofigate with professionalism and a passion for innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
