We’re looking for a detail-oriented Solution Engineer with strong technical writing skills to lead the creation of comprehensive data and API documentation in line with the EU Data Act. This is a key role ensuring legal compliance while enabling seamless integration through clear, accurate, and accessible documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation aligned with the EU Data Act, including OpenAPI specifications and structured data definitions.
Create and manage code lists, vocabularies, and standardized terms relevant to the domain.
Document data models, workflows, and business processes.
Work closely with legal, technical, and business teams to gather input and validate content.
Establish and maintain processes to keep documentation accurate, up-to-date, and compliant after go-live.
Conduct regular audits of documentation to reflect any legislative or technical updates.
Train and support stakeholders in using documentation effectively and consistently.
Research and implement best practices and new tools for documentation workflows.

You are a clear communicator with a passion for precision, structure, and collaboration. You understand the intersection of technology and regulation, and enjoy transforming complex information into accessible, user-friendly documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical writing or documentation in a technical/legal context.
Strong skills in structuring complex information and writing for clarity.
Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.
Basic understanding of legal and data governance terminology.
Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, or Confluence.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
