As aSolutions Engineer you will be responsible for supporting withtechnical knowledge to create “Wow” moments for our clients duringpresales, new sales & upsales opportunities. You willcollaborate closely with New Sales & Accounts team members topresent products to clients, answer technical questions, managetrial experiences, support in Tender opportunities, and educateprospective clients how our solution can fulfill theirneeds.
Steppinginto this role, we expect you to have the skills required to workindependently, as well as work within the framework of acollaborative organization. Your competencies and drive should helpyou in proactively assisting New Sales & Account teams to closeNew Business Revenue. As a Solutions Engineer, you need ananalytical approach combined with consistently goal-orientedexecution. We also look for individuals who are genuinely curiousabout how tech can be used to enhance the value of business andcompanies’ mode of operating and what it takes to help business tobecome truly successful.
Reportingdirectly into Kodiak Hub’sCRO
Proven success in a B2BSaaS as a Solutions Engineer and or Technical AccountExecutive.
Ability topresent to prospects in salesmeetings.
Ability to leadprojects and have an understanding for complex solutionsselling.
Ability tocollaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success &Product to create “Wow” experiences for ourcustomers.
An ambitious -and kind - relationship builder with documented successful salesexperience displaying entrepreneurial drive andengagement.
At least 2+years’ experience of Direct Sales and/or SolutionsEngineering
Previousexperience of Large-Enterprise Sales isvalued.
Previous experienceof Solutions Engineering/Sales within the Supply Chain/ERPTechnology Category isvalued.
University Degree ofa Bachelor’s level isvalued.
Experience workingwithin CRM systems (HubSpot -preferred).
Fluency inProfessional English isrequired.
Fluency inProfessional German is not required, butvalued.
Knowledge ofprocurement, sourcing, and supply chain related areas isvalued.
