Job Description - Solutions Leader

In this role, you will bring Insight\u2019s extensive Solutions portfolio to life for our clients, using your wealth of experience and expertise to exceed expectations and drive high levels of ROI and satisfaction. This future-facing role is critical to Insight\u0027s growth, as you will drive revenue by providing and driving the adoption of complex and customized solutions to our clients.\n\nWhat to expect\n\nReporting to the Director of Solutions, you will oversee the Solution sales process for clients, from initial ideation to final implementation, while ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nTo deliver the best outcomes for our clients, you will:\n\n * Form a deep understanding of the client\u2019s existing technology roadmap and landscape, along with their industry, challenges, and opportunities.\n * Lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations through leveraging the latest technologies, and ultimately seamlessly integrating these into the clients environment.\n * Collaborate with leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies, along with governance activities.\n\n\n\nWhat success looks like:\n\n * You are a key part of driving growth within the Solutions business, by developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, maintaining accurate forecasts, milestones, qualifications, and pipeline.\n * You identify new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts, develop and maintain the account plan for services growth to engage with potential clients and drive these new business opportunities.\n * Relationships are key; you\u2019ll form strong relationships with clients and identify the key decision-makers and influencers within their organisation. You will also maintain strong connections with Insight partners, vendors, and internal teams.\n * You collaborate across Insight and know when to pull in the right people to ensure alignment on Solution sales strategies.\n * You master the Land, Adopt, Expand, and Renew model to determine client qualification, ensuring that Insight drives year-on-year growth within accounts.\n * You qualify deals and use the appropriate risk assessment models, to ensure client qualification considers client, commercial and technical risks.\n\n\n\nDoes this sound like you?\n\n * A strategic thinker with a passion for driving profitable solutions revenue and a track record of success in exceeding sales targets, and managing complex deals and multiple stakeholders.\n * A confident and proactive communicator and influencer both in Swedish and English; both with internal teammates and within client organisations at all levels.\n * Ability to identify and understand client pain points and motivations, taking a proactive approach to address these through mapping potential technology solutions.\n\n\n * Passionate about how technology can drive business value and customer transformation, with a primary focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. Demonstrates strong interest and understanding across key Microsoft solution areas, including cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Data \u0026 AI, Microsoft Copilot, Cybersecurity \u0026 Compliance through Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview, as well as Adoption \u0026 Change and Optimisation \u0026 Governance, combined with a strong desire for continuous professional development.\n\n\n\nIf the answer is yes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
