  • Directing the food preparation process, delegating tasks like a seasoned conductor.
  • Assisting in staff scheduling, daily station work (hot or cold), and ensuring seamless service.
  • Championing consistency in food quality throughout service.
  • Setting the gold standard for performance, appearance, and punctuality.
  • Prioritizing health and safety, making the kitchen a model of compliance.
  • Keeping a close eye on stock and minimizing wastage.
  • Leading monthly inventories when needed.
