Specialist High Voltage Coordinator

We are hiring: Specialist High Voltage Coordinator in Malmo (Sweden)

Technical Development are now expanding the department with a Specialist High Voltage Coordinator! In connection with increased electric car fleet, the requirements to handle electrical and technical issues that arise with batteries, BMS and other electrical units that a modern electric car is equipped with also increase. Join our dynamic team as a Specialist High Voltage Coordinator and take charge of shaping the future of electric cars!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Execution of the activities for the respective area of responsibility in VS2 (Market Operation Center) and VS3 (Retail/Workshops) which lie within the technical scope of the high-voltage
  drive systems in motor vehicles (country-specific regulations, e.g. for Europe ECE R100)
• The contact person in the respective area of responsibility for problems/questions regarding high-voltage safety
• Identification of appropriate training needs and creation of instruction plans and content
• Ensuring the documentation of qualification measures taken by employees (qualification matrix or GTLS)
• Ensuring work-related annual safety briefing for persons with activities in the automotive HV environment

You will work closely with the colleagues in technical support who handle questions that come from our dealers as well as with technical trainers, who are responsible for the training of our technicians on a daily basis, both in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. As a Specialist High Voltage Coordinator, you will also participate in meetings and workshops with other countries.

About you:

We see that you have experience of technical training on passenger cars and high voltage training (in Mercedes-Benz mentioned as electric specialist) with a High Voltage certificate. You are structured with troubleshooting skills where helping and coaching internal and external stakeholders comes to you naturally. You will work in a team that has a lot of experience today and we see that you can supplement the team with new thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Malmö, at our training center in Fosie and the position also involves travels, mainly within Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
