Sr HR Business Partner

To accelerate this journey, Husqvarna Group is now searching for a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HR BP) supporting the Global Business Solution organization.GBS has approx. 200 employees spread across 4 locations (Sweden, Poland, Germany and UK) and supports today primary the business in Europe.Today, the overall objective for GBS is to serve the countries within the Financial respectively People & Organization Workstream.

Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for the HR agenda and HR Business support for the GBS function. You will partner closely with the GBS Management Team giving strategic and operative support, analysing and identifying needs for people development and make operational action plans in accordance with overall HR strategy and needs of function.

You will:

This position reports to the Director People & Organization Group Functions, and will be part of the GBS Management Team. Preferred location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden - but location close to the other GBS Hubs (Huskvarna, Warsaw) could also be considered. Candidates will travel both within Sweden and Europe as and when required.
