Strategic Projects Lead

Scale programs, optimize operations, and lead strategic planning efforts. What you will do Support the Head of TA with operational & program support, in managing organizational priorities, meetings, and internal deliverables. Track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and strategic goals, preparing insights and updates for leadership. Coordinate operational cadences: staff meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), headcount reviews, project checkpoints, and more. Drive progress on initiatives like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - DEI, process improvements, and tool adoption. Act as a cross-functional connector, and led TA initiatives, improve hiring metrics, headcount planning, build scalable operational and communication systems, 4-7 years in TA management, operations, project management, or HR support roles. Recruiting or TA experience is a must—you know the space inside and out. Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a proactive mindset. Proactive, self-starting attitude with ability to manage up and laterally. Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
