You'll be part of the GFGO Strategy Team, where your primary focus will be supporting key transformation initiatives related to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and business flows. As you progress, you'll help develop execution plans and strategic options and engage with cross-functional teams to address roadblocks in key transformations, including AI and new operating models. This role offers you an opportunity to shape and drive digital and intelligent operations within a global company while gaining exposure to AI technologies and strategic decision-making at a high level. What Makes GO Beyond Different? Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in the GFGO Strategy Team, rotate to another business unit, and return to your permanent role. Exposure to leadership and hands-on involvement in strategy development and transformation initiatives. Global teamwork with colleagues across Sweden, the UK, Taiwan, and other locations. 1-3 years of experience in strategic analysis, business transformation, or consulting. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI and business transformation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
