Job description
We are looking for a structured and proactive StratOpps Operations Associate to join our team in Stockholm.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of project management, analysis and day-to-day operations, and who wants to help create structure, continuity and momentum across teams.
StratOpps is our strategic opportunity team, operating across all Verdane's investment areas to identify and drive high-potential investment opportunities that fall outside traditional team mandates. The team combines analysis, execution and cross-functional coordination to turn overlooked or complex opportunities into actionable initiatives.
The role sits between administrative operations, Chief of Staff–style planning, corporate development–type work and ongoing operational processes. You will play a key role in how we plan, track and execute work across the organisation.
- Own our central CRM including targets, data hygiene, continuity and preparation for internal reviews and workshops.
- Coordinate internal planning, meetings and workshops including light resource planning and colleague coordination.
- Run recurring IR and fund related processes such as fund vintage tracking, conference tracking and the annual operating cycle.
- Support strategic and commercial materials such as pitch decks and internal presentations through strong structure and analytical thinking.
- Provide operational leverage by driving follow ups, structure and momentum across teams.
