Student position within Talent Aquisition

Now we are looking for a student who wants to work as a Research and Administrator support within recruitment. In this role you will support our recruitment team by carrying out research, organizing and managing administrative tasks and contributing to the recruitment process.

Responsibities:

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates for various positions.


• Create and update candidate profiles in our system.


• Support the recruiters with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing communications with candidates.


• Manage and update recruitment documents and systems.

Qualifications:

• Student at a university or college, preferably in Life Science or similar fields.


• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.


• Thorough and structured.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently.


• Comfortable using the Office suite and preferably a bit tech-savvy.


• Good knowledge of Swedish is a merit
