OM TJÄNSTEN

As a Supply Chain Planner, your main responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and optimize our packed goods operations at our clients European hub. You will ensure cost-effectiveness and high customer service by managing production planning for drums and IBCs, participating in improvement projects, and assisting the Head of Supply Chain Operations with cost follow-up and invoice management. Additionally, you will handle stock reconciliation and maintain statistical reporting databases. You will also play an active role in matching supply and demand within the NSP Supply Chain Department along with other stakeholders.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks:

1. Planning and optimization of the packed goods operation within the global hub in Antwerp including but not limited to production (filling of packed goods) planning for drums and IBC.
2. Participation depot/hub improvement projects that have an impact on packed goods.
3. Assist the Head of Supply Chain Operations with cost follow-up and approval of costs/signing of invoices according to delegation.
4. Synergi deviations related to packed goods and hub related operational and HSSE issues.
5. Stock reconciliation at the end of each month.
6. Maintaining statistical reporting database such as inventory levels, truck data, timeslots, demurrage, rejections, no shows, overtimes amongst others.

To succeed in the role, the following qualifications are needed:

• Academic degree, preferably in logistics and/or economics.
• Operational background experience. Previous work experience in logistics or the process industry, particularly within the chemical sector or any other company handling bulk liquids, is considered a valuable merit.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge in Swedish or Dutch is a valuable merit.
• Solid knowledge in IT and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Your personal skills should include being structured, positive and service-minded, having good communication, diplomatic, and social skills, as well as being self-sufficient.
