• Coordinate and file events: RFA, lecturer contracts, invitations, creating a questionnaire, collecting additional materials (bank verification document, tax card, information, offers, etc.)
• Managing agency contacts
• Sales meeting arrangements (seat and side program reservations, food, other arrangements)
• Support in company process creations: preparing and sending an internal information emails and file docs in teams
• Keeping minutes in meetings
• Price tracking
• Medical questions tracking log act (subject, questioner, answer) and these statistics (most common and number development)
• Printing and archiving compliance papers in a fire safety cabinet
• Creation of a compliance electronic archive for OneDrive
• Compliance papers consist of at least the following:
• Staff job descriptions and CVs
• Staff training certificates (e.g. PV training and orientation)
• Good communication
• DMA (Danish Medicines Agency) communication
• RMP materials and their distribution
• Suspected product defects
• Adverse effect reporting follow-up, e.g. meeting notes and agreements with DRA
• Informing staff about SPC updates
• Event materials, from soups to lecture presentations
• Creation and review of financial benefits reporting folder and template with the Administration and sales support staff
• Manage common folder in OneDrive
