Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Swedish Customer Support Advisor specializing in Delivery Services for a remote position based in Greece. This role offers you the chance to assist our Swedish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our delivery options while providing top-tier customer support in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to delivery services, including order tracking, shipping options, and service policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective record-keeping and future reference.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and operational teams to address customer concerns and improve service efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest company offerings, shipments, and delivery processes to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially within the delivery or logistics industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on creating positive customer experiences.
