As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and issues, all while communicating in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Provide detailed information about bookings, payment options, and cancellation policies.
• Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on promotions, system updates, and travel trends to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
