DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer enquiries via email, delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support
• Follow internal communication standards, workflows, and operational procedures
• Review cases carefully and make decisions aligned with platform policies and moderation guidelines
• Support a safe and positive user experience by maintaining quality and accuracy in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Empathetic mindset with an interest in online safety and digital communities
• Interest in technology, digital platforms, or the sharing economy is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer support, moderation, or online services is beneficial.
