Swedish Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be the primary support for our Swedish-speaking clients, dedicated to resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot efficiently will be key to ensuring our clients receive the best support possible.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Swedish-speaking clients, engaging through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and IT services.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the service desk system with attention to detail.
• Assist clients in understanding and navigating product functionalities, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and expedite resolutions for complex issues.
• Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm issues are fully resolved and satisfaction has been achieved.
• Stay informed about new technologies and service offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a service desk or technical support environment is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues effectively.
• A strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
• Experience with IT service management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and workflows.
