Talent Acquisition Specialist - Product & Engineering

As Talent Acquisition Specialist – Product & Engineering, you own the operational recruitment of the people who build the platform our customers pay for.

Recruiting engineers at a company that ships AI is not the recruiting job of five years ago. AI handles the repetitive work; what's left is judgment — which profiles to go after, how to read a candidate's actual work, and how to build a real understanding of what hiring managers actually need.

What you'll do

• Own tech recruitment end to end — intake, sourcing, screening, process, offer

• Source proactively: engineers who ship don't sit in the inbound queue, so you go find them

• Turn a vague "senior backend engineer" into a calibrated profile you can find and close

• Build an AI-augmented recruiting motion — agentic sourcing, interview intelligence, LLM drafting — with your judgment on top of all of it

• Keep the candidate experience fast and sharp: clear communication, quick decisions, no black holes

What you'll bring

• 4+ years recruiting technical roles, with searches you owned from brief to signed offer

• Strong sourcing craft, and the persistence to work a talent seam until it's dry

• Stakeholder management that holds up — you push back with evidence, and hiring managers thank you for it

• Genuine product understanding: you can hold your own in a first conversation with a senior engineer

• An AI-native way of working — LLMs and agentic tools are already in your daily loop
