Job Description - Talent Management Specialist

Join our Team About this opportunity: In this Talent Management Specialist position at Ericsson, you will play a vital role in analyzing organizational needs, optimising behavior drivers and enhancing the employee experience. You will leverage your expertise in psychology and talent management to research, advise and mobilize our business leaders and people community toward organizational behavior objectives. These will include objectives related to diversity & inclusion, team dynamics, organizational health and agility, aligned with our company culture and values. This role is part of Global Talent Management which is a corporate function that operates through a matrix, and therefore prioritizes setting strategy, policy direction and frameworks. Therefore, this role requires strong influencing and engagement skills to ensure our colleagues in the business, markets and functions feel involved and vested in the implementation and solution design. Ability and willingness to co-create and iterate based on input ensures that our policies and solutions are relevant across geographies and domains. What you will do: Inform the design of global processes, policies, and directives by seeking out & understanding business needs from relevant stakeholders. Develop interventions, programs and nudges aimed at improving employee engagement, ensuring equal opportunities, and maintaining an agile organizational culture at Ericsson. Conduct research and analysis on organizational behavior, including employee motivation and belonging, team dynamics, change and culture. Support the implementation of strategies through experimentation, best practice sharing, development of communication approaches, and defining measures and controls that track progress Build subject matter expertise by staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Drive specific D&I activities including ERG framework, global awareness days, inclusive policies, and internal & external footprint. The skills you bring: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of organizational behavior principles and practices that support agility. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders across the organization and effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences. Familiarity with tools and technologies used for data collection and analysis in organizational research. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Certification in organizational psychology, behavioral science, organizational development and change management or related areas is a plus.
