About the job- Fleet Intelligence & Product Diagnostics

At Verisure, we operate one of Europe’s largest fleets of visual security devices, with a growing presence in Latin America. Millions of cameras are actively used in homes and businesses, continuously generating performance and quality data.

In this role, you'll help us better understand and improve how our products perform in real life. Together with the team, you’ll explore questions such as:

• How is our device fleet performing across regions, product generations, and software versions?
• How can we turn data into clear, actionable priorities for improvement?
• When new issues arise in the field, how can we quickly assess whether they’re already known or something new?

You’ll work with real production data, building automation, data pipelines, and analytics tools that help turn complex information into valuable insights. Your work will support teams across engineering, QA, and our international markets—and make a tangible impact on our products.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone genuinely curious, someone who doesn’t stop at coursework, but explores, builds, and experiments along the way.
You don’t need to have all the answers yet; what matters most to us is your mindset, your curiosity, and your willingness to learn.

• Graduating in 2026 with an M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Enjoy exploring data and uncovering insights
• You take pride in writing clean, reliable code, and you’re always curious about how to make it even better (and why it matters)
• Communicate clearly in English, both with technical and non-technical audiences
