Tech Lead to Elis!

ABOUT THE JOB?

As a Tech Lead at Elis you will play a central role in leading and driving technical projects within the .NET environment. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting developers, as well as ensuring that technical solutions are of high quality, scalable, and follow best practices within .NET development .

You will oversee the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Establish project specifications and technical direction.
• Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
• Oversee software quality and system modifications.
• Guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Analyze existing operations to identify risks and redundancies.

You will be a part of Elis international Dev Team located in Åkersberga, northern Stockholm with flexibility to work partly remote.

WHO ARE YOU?

Qualifications:

• Experience leading technical teams within the .NET environment.
• Solid knowledge of .NET and related technologies (ASP.NET, C#, etc.).
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for this. It is advantageous if you also speak Swedish.
