About the Role

As part of a Scrum team within our Composable Development pillar, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

You will take a leading role within the global digital team, focusing on improving customer order portals and optimizing integrations with back-end systems. You will ensure that business needs are clearly understood, translated into technical requirements, and successfully delivered through agile processes.

You bring an engaging personality, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in building strong relationships while driving meaningful improvements in a complex digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities – What will you do?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements


• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications


• Support backlog refinement and prioritization together with Product Owners


• Ensure backlog items are well-defined, technically feasible, and ready for sprint planning


• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors


• Analyze APIs, integrations, event-driven processes, and data flows across platforms

What You Bring

• BSc or MSc degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, or related technical field)


• At least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a digital environment


• Strong understanding of composable architecture, APIs, integrations, and digital ecosystems


• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset


• Ability to translate complex information into structured and actionable insights


• Fluency in English (Swedish and/or Danish is a strong advantage)
