Job Description - Technical Cleanliness Engineer





We are looking for a Technical Cleanliness Engineer in Skellefteå








On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Technical Cleanliness Engineer to join the client's dynamic Quality team. As a key member of the Compliance Quality function, reporting to the Lead Technical Cleanliness Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the dedication to developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the highest cleanliness standards in the processes and environments. Your responsibilities will span Design for Technical Cleanliness, standard definition, training, compliance, problem-solving, and process improvement, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 14644, ISO 16232, VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2, and internal cleanliness standards and procedures.







Your keen attention to detail aligns seamlessly with your commitment to optimizing the production facility for minimal particle presence. Your expertise in engineering processes, particularly in the realm of cleanliness management, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and effective communication, positions you as a valuable asset. Thriving in fast-paced environments, your proactive, results-driven approach enables you to manage tasks efficiently, contributing significantly to our mission of upholding the highest cleanliness standards.







Qualifications and experience



- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.



- Experience in technical cleanliness management (+1 year), or manufacturing / industrial engineering experience (+3 years) preferably in automotive, aerospace or a manufacturing or industrial setting.



- Experience in the design, implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes







Specific skills



- Knowledge of technical cleanliness processes, requirements and standards (e.g.: ISO 14644, ISO 16232, VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2) beneficial.



- Communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.



- Proficiency in analyzing customer data, feedback, and complaints to identify trends and implement preventive measures.



- Proficiency in conducting audits and monitoring cleanliness activities.
