We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Creator to produce high-quality content that educates our audience and supports our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to transform complex information into easy-to-understand materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit technical content, including user manuals, product guides, FAQs, white papers, blog posts, and other documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

• Create engaging multimedia content, such as instructional videos and infographics, to complement written materials.

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.

• Maintain and update content to reflect product updates, new features, and industry best practices.

• Ensure all content meets company standards for clarity, consistency, and tone.

• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content creation.

We believe you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a similar role.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and video editing tools.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
