Test Env Design and Integration Lead

Understanding of CCI module testing requirement including RCS, RTI, CAT or serviceability testing. - Deep Knowledge of 3GPP protocols, and L1, L2 and L3 signalling of telecom requirement, good understating of ENI design. - E2E RAN traffic testing skills, including hands-on knowledge of RAN configuration, UE control and log reading, RF troubleshooting. - Skills with test tools, including Viavi, FsUE, LTE Sim and UCTool, C2RS, QXDM, Moshell, ICA, TGF, Ixia, Vector Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator and so on. - Knowledge of single server gNodeB deployment and its surrounding components. Experience in implementation and testing with RHOSP and CNIS. - Deep understanding of test environment design, including test component, auxiliary materials like SFPs and cables, combiners. - Knowledge of routing and switching. - Experiences in functional verification and feature testing of RAN products. - Experience in STP Pooling solution. - Experience in lab operation and have deep understanding of infrastructure limitation including lab infra, automation framework in different labs covering KI10, KI20, LN, GIC LI & RO. Experience in requesting and driving service uplift to align with test strategy. - Experience in SAN service framework, including E2C integration, Linux and Windows machine implementation. - Proactive, Quick Learning of new knowledge, and ability to drive complicated troubleshooting cases. - Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills. - Coaching and Mentoring. - Innovation and Creativity.
