An academic degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science Work experience in the industry (5+ years in similar roles, preferred 10+ years) 3GPP technologies (4G/5G), ideally including radio access (LTE/NR) and packet core Virtualization and cloud native technologies, including Open-source initiatives IP and networking Operation and maintenance Orchestration Effective communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English Motivation and ability to interact and collaborate with diverse and remote teams Being self-driven and having a solution-oriented attitude are key for success
