Test Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Lead to define, develop, implement, and continuously improve testing frameworks within our Business Operations Product team.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient testing of features and resolution of reported issues, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-team testing initiatives, such as system integration testing and regression testing.


• Lead and coordinate test improvement initiatives, including process improvements and tools evaluation/implementations.


• Provide recommendations for production deployments to the Product Owner and input to Release Management.


• Define testing standards and strategies, including test automation.


• Support and train team members to ensure defects are documented correctly and managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.


• Continuously improve the quality of MS Dynamics 365 FO by building, maintaining, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.


• Support root cause analysis of high severity incidents/bugs.


• Ensure appropriate registration, analysis, prioritization, and resolution of all incoming cases within the agreed time (SLA), maintaining a high level of quality.


• Analyze and solve issues in collaboration with software and system engineers, performing initial debugging to speed up resolution time.


• Drive communication towards end-users and product teams about the progress of ongoing cases through continuous monitoring, analysis, and escalation if needed.


• Perform testing as required.

Location: Onsite 2-3 days/week in Malmö

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leading test in digital product development, with a strong business acumen and strategic mindset.


• Self-leadership and a “can-do mentality”.


• Good knowledge of Finance, Leasing, and Budgeting processes and understanding of how products and services are interconnected.


• Solid understanding of MS Dynamics 365 FO modules and underlying business logic.


• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (preferably Selenium).


• Proficiency in a scripting language such as C#, Python or JavaScript.


• Strong expertise in JIRA and Zephyr Enterprise.


• Experience in ITIL, agile frameworks, service governance models, and DevOps concepts.


• Strong understanding of prioritization during business-critical issues.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
