About the assignment

We are looking for a Test Lead. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead system testing for our automatic solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The role places high demands on your ability to collaborate effectively with others and to lead and communicate with confidence. Join the Product Verification team, where we ensure our products meet the highest quality standards at launch — strengthening our competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Our R&D team works with innovative solutions. The automation systems are used by millions in public spaces and are designed to meet national and international safety standards, while also prioritizing user experience, energy efficiency, and security.

 

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate test activities in line with project goals and timelines
• Ensure testing aligns with the overall test strategy and quality standards
• Lead and support the testing team, including resource planning
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases based on requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Participate in test forums and contribute to continuous improvement
• Monitor test progress and provide regular status reports

 

Requirements

Mandatory

• Self-driven, analytical, and passionate about quality.

• A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• At couple of years of broad experience in testing and leading

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

• The ability to work independently and take initiative

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish

• Experience with Agile development processes

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with product certification and compliance is a plus
